With Joy and Thanksgiving

As November slips away, I’m gearing up for the launch on December 1.  That’s the date YOU’RE SURE TO FALL IN LOVE will be released on Amazon’s Kindle platform.  And the ebook version will also go live on several other platforms including Nook (Barnes & Noble), and Kobo.  IBooks has very complicated file requirements, so I haven’t figured that one out yet.  If you are used to getting your reading matter from iBooks, then please email me and we’ll figure out a way to get the novel to your reading device.

YOU’RE SURE TO FALL IN LOVE is also available in print, of course, and not just from Amazon.  Ingram is printing it as well, for distribution to bookstores and libraries worldwide.  And my most exciting moment in a long time was holding in my hands, for the first time, the hardcover!  Tim Barber at Dissect Designs (dissectdesigns.com) did a lovely job of adapting the original paperback cover to make a hardback dust jacket.  I don’t mind telling you that I’m thrilled!

Amazon is amazing.  They discovered the hardcover as soon as Ingram posted it in their catalog, so now the novel is available on Amazon in ebook, paperback, and hardcover.  I guess audio has to be next!  If you have a favorite narrator, please let me know.  I considered narrating the audio book myself, but got over that idea really fast.  No, it must be a thoroughly professional narrator.  I know I’ll find someone who sounds charming and smart, and maybe just a little bit like me.

A word to advance readers who already have the paperback: Please leave a review on Amazon or wherever else you review books.  Every (good) review counts toward future sales, so your help now is important.  And You’re Sure to Fall in Love—THE COOKBOOK is also available worldwide in ebook and paperback.  Any of you subscribers who haven’t yet gotten the free download should just email me.  I’ll get the link to you right away.
